Quality Management System and Staff Proficiency
Wiretronic is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 14001:2015. As Wiretronic is a Tier1 supplier to the automotive and avionics industry, we closely follow applicable standards, like the automotive standard ISO-TS 16949 / IATF 16949.
Production staff are trained and proficient in the use of machinery, such as ultra-sonic welders and fully automatic and semi-automatic cable machines.
The staff holds specialist certificates in wiring harness assembly (IPC/WHMA-A-620) and soldering certificates (FSD-5115).
Best engineering practice applies in all fields to ensure efficient use of resources, high quality in delivered goods and a strive to minimize waste.
