For automotive workshops
For each relevant Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in a vehicle, an adapter cable is designed to support the technician when carrying out fault identification and advanced repair work. This method is used when traditional OBD II diagnostic fails to identify an error. The BOB used in workshops is by tradition designed for voltage measurements using either multi-meter or an oscilloscope.
The BOB is designed to withstand a rugged environment in workshops and protect D-sub connectors from unintentional damage. The BOBs are available from 16 up to 248 pin configuration. The units are equipped with 4 mm safety chassis sockets and customized overlay.
